BUILDING DESCRIPTION

Insular Life is one of the landmarks in Makati's Central Business District. Completed in 1962, it was one of the first high-rise buildings in the city.

The building stands at the very corner of Paseo de Roxas and Ayala Avenue. Its prime location makes it highly accessible to a lot of support services in the area. It is also diagonally across Ayala Triangle Gardens—Makati’s biggest park.

In 2017, the building was completely refurbished to provide a better workplace for its occupiers. Due to it being declared a Heritage Site, the developer can no longer change the structure but only update the architectural systems and interiors.

In 2018, it was given LEED Gold Certification.

It is also a PEZA-accredited building.
